Flipkart came to Walmart's hands - bought 77% of shares

Walmart announced that it bought 77% of Flipkart's online shopping company. Walmart bought shares last Saturday. Walmart currently holds 77% of shares and the remaining shares are co-founder Binny Bansal, Denster, Tiger Global and Microsoft Corp.

Walmart has invested 2 billion dollars (approx. 14,000 crore) by purchasing Flipkart shares. This will help flipkart's career growth. Both brands have been told that they will not be able to operate with their uniqueness.

According to Walmart's announcement, it is reported that Flipkart's current high-level officials are going to lead the company. The announcement stated that high-level board members and new members would be added to Denster and Tiger Global.
