President Maithripala Sirisena announced today to the organizers of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party to prepare for the provincial council election before the presidential election.The President mentioned this at a meeting with the organizers of the Uva and Central Provinces held at the Presidential Secretariat today.
Parliamentarian Nishantha Muthuhettigama told the media on this meeting.
The SLFP said that it discussed the next stage of the party and the next election.
